I used this product to install my Garmin 56 dashcam and it worked perfectly on my Honda CRV 2019. The accessory cable needs to be connected to an accessory fuse or to another fuse that works when the engine is running, and the other cable needs to be connected to a fuse where it constantly uses battery life (e.g. chair adjustment or lights inside the vehicle), and lastly, find a good place for the ground wire.
