I naturally have very fine, but thick hair. I made sure to section my hair off into layers and set angle each small section before placing a roller. After a light hair spray on top and waiting almost two hours the removal process was very frustrating. I spent almost half an hour trying to take them out and had to rip a lot of hair off the rollers Velcro. Sections with the rollers became almost dread-locked. Will never be using again.

They are fine, do the job they're meant to, but I should have looked closer because I thought there were more BIG rollers. After receiving the package I went to return and it says it is not eligible for return. So be sure this is right for you before buying! It comes with only 3 big rollers.

If I could give this zero stars, I would for the amount of pain these caused my 8-year-old daughter. We thought it would be fun for her to have some rollers in her hair, but when we attempted to remove them, they were stuck on her hair like two sides of velcro. I had to pry the rollers off her hair, sometimes grabbing individual strands to separate them from the roller. Pulling out the 10 or so rollers we started with took almost an hour, during which my daughter was crying in pain as they were so painful to remove from her hair. This is an absolute waste of money for anyone with any slight degree of fine hair. And be warned you cannot return them!

I prefer Goody hair products because they are of quality.
The rollers are too large for my short hair so I had to purchase the foam rollers instead.
However, If you have much longer hair I believe these hair rollers will achieve a beautiful hairstyle.

I bought these to try to get a smooth roller set with my 3B/3C hair.
A ton of reviews say these don't adhere on their own (without bobby pins). These adhere without issue for me, and stay even after putting on a soft hooded hair drier (which bumps them around a bit).
Maybe velcro rollers don't adhere well to straight textures? They function as advertised for me. I do wish there were more of the larger rollers (straightened, my hair falls about 2 inches down my shoulders) but as it, this set gets the job done.
