Mounting holes do not match up with standard wall studs
A 2x4 wall stud is generally 1.5" wide, but the mounting plate has pre drilled Holes spaced out at 2". This means one screw will go into the stud but the next one beside it will not.Extends easily but does not tilt smoothly.For the price, it does a basic job and that's all I wanted.

This product came supplied with everything you need to install and mount to a tv. I am using this on a very light 26 inch LED tv with a 100 X 200 mount pattern. Everything seems very well made with one weak point.
The wall bracket is strong, the arms are strong, the tv plate is well made with precision holes for various sizes of tv's. The weak spot I think is where the tv plate attaches to the arm. There is a small single bolt that that holds the tv to the arm. This allows for tilting adjustments. I would not put any heavy tv on this single point attachment. A small light tv will be fine. The arms are long enough to swing the tv out for hooking up and swivel out nicely. I rate this 4 stars and took one off because of the single point connection design. (see picture)

I had my 43” tv on a table-stand. The kids would always go and watch the TV right upto it. I would have to remind them again and again to sit back and watch. They would also touch the TV and leave fingerprints on it. I finally got this wall mount and now no more worrying about the children!
Its up on the wall, and free from constant fingerprints.
The tv stand can tilt forwards so you can install it higher and just tilt the TV downwards for best viewing!
The mount is actually pretty sturdy since it is steel!
