Yes, this clippers and trimmer set adopts 440c stainless steel blades, which is pretty sharp.

Is this tblade trimmer zero gap?

As for the t blade trimmer you inquired, the closest shave it could give is 0.1mm, which is perfect for fading, blending & carving.

Besides, it is much safer as it won't hurt your scalp during carving.

Is it normal clippers' blade getting a little bit hot after a few minutes continuous hair trimming?

It is normal that the blade temperature will rise a little bit after about 20 minutes continous using.

It is recommended to apply 2 to 3 drop of blade oil before use which could effectively prevent blade from heating.
