Works with cards over 32gb, and is perfect!

Works with cards over 32gb, and is perfect!
So before purchasing, I saw some reviews stating that you could not use sd cards over 32gb with this adapter, and I know this review is also not the first of its kind, but f you want to use a 64gb or larger SD card, you will need format the SD card to "fat32"; this process will be able to make the PSP recognize the larger card. In my attached photo, you can see that there is more than 80gb free, as I am using a 128gb sd card, and have also put 40+ PSP games on there. I do not *believe* Windows is initially capable of this process; I use a 3rd party application - should be easy to find one.*One thing to note about the fat32 format is that the maximum possible size for a file on a FAT32 volume is 4 GB*.This is fine for all PSP games, as if I recall correctly, there is no PSP file that exceeds 2gb, but maybe don't put 4K versions of Lord of the Rings on it lol (trying to think of an example). An additional note, unrelated to sd card formatting, is I was having inconsistencies with my PSP recognizing the SD card, initially; however, I realized that I needed to just reeeally make sure the SD card was completely inserted into the adapter (who would've thunk?). There is a suprisingly small distance between, like half a millimeter, to fully instert the SD card.Last topic I wanted to address was the concern of fragility I also had seen in reviews, and honestly, I don't see it as being much more fragile than the stock PSP storage cards. To eject the card+adapter, I press down perpendicular to where the sd card and adapter lie parallel.Overall, this thing works like a charm, I have been super happy utilizing my old PSP 2000 again, and would absolutely recommend this adapter. Just keep in mind to format your card, and fully insert it :) Thanks for reading.EDIT: upon re-reading others' reviews, it seems that formatting to fat32 may or may not be necessary, but I will leave the information I initially wrote in the review up there if, in fact, it is.

I bought this for my PSP 3000, because I wanted to have a bigger storage and it worked very well after 3 months of use. Would recommend 10/10 🙂

The stick itself feels really weak, and didnt register with the PSP initially.

Upon removing and placing back into the console it recognized it and I was able to use my 64gb MicroSD card with it. I do have a fear of remving it a second time.

Did not work for me when plugging into PC (even with SD card inserted), so I did use a USB SD card converter and it worked perfect.

Load times are perfect and near the same (going from 8GB to 64) doesnt take forever to load items on XMB.

I would recommend this, just know it feels a lot more fragile than it looks, and other adapters may be required (SD to USB, etc.)

It took me forever to figure out that the microSD card was the issue, it only supports under 128GB! Other than that, it works perfectly with the old Sony Digital Cameras, a much cheaper option compared to memory stick pro duo cards!

Fabulous! Highly recommend. Now I can save space on my phone by using my teeny 2007 Cybershot. Also avoids lugging around or losing my expensive/heavy DSLR when travelling.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works amazing!

I bought this adapter for my Sony Cybershot DSC-W150 because I couldn't find any physically in stores (makes sense, because it's so old) and the adapter that came with the camera was the wrong one.

It works amazing! The microSD with the camera is 32gb and so far, thankfully, I've had no issues. It works like a charm!! It shipped and got here really quickly as well.

Note: I've seen a handful of people complaining about this in the reviews, but this is an ADAPTER, it does NOT come with the MicroSD card, you will have to buy a separate one yourself to use this. I haven't had any errors so far with the camera not reading the adapter which I was fearful of, which is a relief <3
