Loved how easy this was to use and the size of the images. I think these are much nicer and more versatile than the normal instax mini sizing. We’ve had a lot of fun with this camera and I think it makes a super fun gift as well.

The pictures sometimes can turn out dark if it’s too bright so I think it’s best used in the evening / nighttime where the flash really works well at spotlighting subjects. I also bought the recommended case and the case is really bad so would not recommend that. Otherwise, it’s a great camera and I’m very happy with my purchase!

As a camera just for capturing memories, it does the job. The photos look like someone got a disposable camera in 2004, but they do look ok aside from being kinda dark. Camera is easy to use and has a handy selfie mode with zoom plus mirror on the camera. It’s somewhat too expensive for what it is. Flash cannot be disabled. Overall, the camera looks nice and is easy to use, if you want this sort of thing it is a good option.

This camera, while a beautiful statement piece, leaves a lot to be desired in term of photo quality.

Retro vibe in terms of the photos doesn’t have to mean dark, colour faded and often blurry prints. I still have photos my parents took in the 70’s and 80’s with the instant cameras of that time, and those photos sill look great today.

Even in the brightest of daylight, the Instax Square with its always on flash, takes photos that come out dark - especially in selfie mode. And if subjects in the photos have a medium olive to black skin tones, just forget it. Very disappointing and alienating.

Interestingly, I also have an Instax Mini and those pictures come out great, which is just so confusing when considering the photos this newer model Instax Square produces.

Muy buena camara, muy práctica, las fotos salen un poco oscuras (acostumbrado a la era digital) yo que use las antiguas cámaras instantáneas, están un poco pequeñas las impresiones (8.5 cm x 7.3 cm foto de 6x6.2 cm), pero útiles. Se necesita mucha luz para que sean impresiones claras.
