It works right out of the box just plug and play. Only issue for me is when I’m done using it and my controller. I have to unplug it from the usb port and plug it back in to use it again. Otherwise the computer won’t recognize the device. It would be nice if after pairing it once it would stay paired and working in the usb port. But as is you have to pair it every time you use it. But it does work
