The 1-6x magnification provides fast and accurate point and shoot capabilities without target or reticle distortion, 2-6x is perfect magnification for medium-ranges when hog hunting or for 3-Gun competition. We’ve kept the illuminated green or red second focal plane Circle Dot reticle simple, so field of view isn’t comprised. Bullet drop compensation is calibrated for 5.56mm 55-grain ammo. There is no need to worry about waiting for the right mount because the RapidStrike riflescope kit comes with everything you need to head right to the range. Included is a cantilever mount to provide the correct cheekweld for rifles, throw lever for rapid magnification changes, a honeycomb filter to reduce glare and pop-up, resettable locking turrets that return to zero. Multi-coated, anti-reflective glass, along with its IP67 waterproof rating, keeps images crisp and clear in bright daylight, as well as low-light.

Reticle Adjustments

Multi-coated glass with Diopter Adjustment

Lens coatings make a significant difference in how bright and sharp the image will be. Without Anti-Reflective coatings, glass reflects four to five percent of light. Anti-Reflective coatings greatly increase light transmission, resolution, contrast, color fidelity, reduce reflections, and reduce light scattering and glare.

Circle Dot Reticle

The Firefield RapidStrike 1-6x24 riflescope was designed for 3-gun competition and shooting close to medium range targets. The reticle is a second focal plane, minute of angle (MOA) reticle. This reticle is calibrated for 5.56x45 / .223 Rem. 55-grain FMJ ammo. The reticle was designed for a 100 yard zero.

Windage and Elevation Adjustments

The Firefield RapidStrike riflescope has finger-adjustable elevation and windage adjustments with a locking, pop-up feature. These turrets must be pulled up to disengage the locking mechanism. Once disengaged, adjustments can be made. When adjustments are finished, the turret can be pushed back down to lock the adjustment. In order to make windage and elevation adjustments:

This really serves the purposes for which it was purchased. Given its affordability it has outperformed the price point. Of course, there are other brands and far more superior glass out there, but practically, and for all intents and purposes, you cannot go wrong with this glass. It's clear, it's accurate, it's lighter than some others that I have, and it functions better than some others that I've experienced. The dials are crisp and tactile with no slop, and thus far has held zero, and has returned to zero when I deliberately moved the dials. I recently punched out to 300 yards with a .300 AAC Blackout, and it performed very well and surpassed my expectations and described limitations. For the money, you cannot go wrong with this LPVO. It has green and red reticle illumination; the only drawback is it's not a daylight bright reticle. But hey, if it's daylight, who cares, aim for your shot, break your shot, and hit what you shot at! Easy. Since I'm a little older, I prefer a higher profile for easier access to the eye box for faster indexing, so I use a QD adjustable riser. Works wonderfully!

ZF super! Achtung Verstellung in MOA geht also besser, ist die amerikanische Extrawurst... und damit bei 1,5cm Verstellung nicht so präzise, wie vielleicht gewünscht.

Außerdem kamen zwei Schrauben der Montage bereits mit einem Prägefehler des Torx. Also bitte unbedingt gleich prüfen...

Wie gesagt das Glas selber scheint Tip top.

I just got this scope a few days ago, so i still dont have much time with it, but it seems good. I have limited experience with lpvo's, but in its price range this one is comparable if not slightly better than others due to the features it comes with.
the 6x zoom is definitely higher than the 4x, noticeably, which is what i wanted this for. the reticle is good. I would prefer it to be 20% thinner or so, as is its slightly on the bolder side, which i suppose is good for quick acquisition, and once you zoom out to 6 x, since its sfp, the reticle appears smaller compared to the target, still it could be slightly finer for more precision. it doe shave very crisp edges however, both in non and illuminated states. The reticle has range finding and bdc capabilities, which is nice, it seems to have a good balance of usability and simplicity, not overly cluttering up the target view area, I love the reticle in that aspect. its very similar to what is in alot of higher end scope like acss and others.
Turrets seem good, solid movement, good lock down, not too obtrusive in size. I LOVE that it comes with the zoom ring lever, or whatever its called. that was a major complaint about my 1-4x( feyachi falcon) was that it was hard to zoom in/out due to the small nub on the zoom ring. that scope has amazing glass for the money, as does this one. I will say the rapidstrike does have a bit more fisheye effect at 1x. its not too bad but is noticable, mainly if looking through say a rds, and then the rapidstrike 1x, you can see the fisheye around the egdes. this is also most noticable at close range, I like to keep lpvo's at like 1.25 and at that setting and at about 20 yards or so, its very clear and not warped at all. light and color transmission is excellent, again for the money, Im not comparing this to anything over the $200 range.
the illumination is adequate. not super desert daylight bright, but its pretty good for this class. I primarily use the black etched reticle during the day, and only use the illum. at darker hours or maybe indoors if using this at 1x in "RDS" mode. and i like the green illum for that, its plenty bright, thought I will say there isnt much deviation from one setting to the next, they are all pretty close together in brightness.

I need to get some rounds down range with this optic, but so far i like it.
