Descaling Reminder & Cleaning Function

When the OVER ICE indicator light flashes red, the machine will indicate the need for descaling. Press and hold the OVER ICE button for 3 seconds to activate the cleaning function.

Water Shortage Reminder Function

If the water reservoir is empty, the indicator lights of the three brewing buttons will flash three times and then turn off. After filling the water reservoir, press the brewing button and restart the device to cancel the water shortage prompt.

How to descale the coffee maker?

Step 1: The "OVER ICE" button flashes in red, indicating that the coffee machine needs descaling.

Step 2: Pour 14 oz of prepared descaling solution into the water reservoir.

Step 3: Press and hold the "OVER ICE" button for 3 seconds to start the descaling process.

Step 4: Once the descaling process is complete, fill the water reservoir with 14 oz of clean water and press the brew button. Repeat this operation three times to effectively clean the coffee maker's water tank and internal pipes.

Is it possible to choose the volume of coffee output with this single-serve coffee machine?

No, the coffee output is the same amount of water as you added it to the water reservoir. The water tank is marked with water levels of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 oz, enabling you to add water according to your requirements.

What is preventing the closure of the top lid after attaching the filter basket or pod holder?

For proper closure of the top lid, ensure that the handle of the holder or basket is positioned horizontally.

How does this differ from making a strong cup of coffee and delicately pouring it over ice in an ordinary glass?

Using our iced coffee machine imbues a greater level of convenience, allowing for the direct brewing of a fresher, more robust coffee within the cup. Conversely, pouring regular coffee over ice may lead to a dilution of its flavor profile.

Why is the coffee not dispensing after extended usage?

Kindly inspect if the water outlet filter in the water tank is obstructed. If so, descaling the coffee maker is necessary for regular functionality.

What causes the coffee to overflow from the coffee pot?

Leaves lots of grounds in the bottom of your cup, needs finer mesh for filter when using ground coffee. Used medium grind ground coffee.
Produces very hot beverage, much better than most. Consumes less power than most. Very good produce except for the filter. Haven't tried cold yet but assume it works as good as the other temp settings do.
