XQD slot is a pain to use

Only bought for the XQD card slot for camera memory card use. unfortunately, I have to plug it in, insert card, wiggle, pull, wiggle, push, wiggle, pull, push, pull wiggle to to get it to work. it seems its supposed to have a spring return when you push it in that should push it back out just a little but it doesn't seem to do it, that's why i have to go through the push-push-wiggle-wiggle with it. Since that slot is the only reason i bought this, I haven't used any of the others.

I ordered this device to specifically take on vacation to import photos off a QXD card to my iPad. That is why I liked the USB-C connection. It didn’t work. I rebooted my iPad and re-inserted the card, same thing. When I plug into a PC USB C it works, but not on an iPad. Bummed.
