Best price I could find for a 400 watt inverter. Gave it a stress test today for it's full load and it preformed perfectly. Didn't heat up very quickly and the fan is super quiet. The fan has a tempeture switch so it only comes on when needed.
Very small size for the power it delivers.

This is my review on 150W Car Power Inverter, FSATBTNE DC 12V to 110V AC Car Plug Adapter Outlet with 3.1A Dual USB Car Charger for Laptop Computer Red this rectifiers is being used so I can place cameras thru out the property. I have placed the unit and a deer feeder battery inside of a plastic 50cal ammo can; I drilled a hole in the side can along with using a rubber grommet to seal around the electrical cord. I also drilled some small holes for ventilation, so it would not over heat. I have been running this unit for 48 hours before I change out the batteries, the draw on the battery is not all that much and when charging the battery for that period the batteries are still at 50%. So they may last longer and may not need to be changed out every 4 days. The unit works with no issues and I am positive that it will work for as intended as long as the item you a running does not exceed the maximum 150 Watts but keep in mind that at 150 watts that convert to 1.25 amps and 120 volts. The unit is constructed of light metal the price for this unit at $14.99 is very good, you would be pressed to finding one made of plastic for that price

What a great device! You plug it into your car's cigarette lighter socket, or your car's accessory socket, and it produces 150 watts of AC power! It has one 120VAC outlet, and two USB power ports. MOST convenient! It has a sturdy metal case, and there's a little fan on the back side to keep the inverter cool while in operation. This is very handy! It can power a DVD player for the kids (or the wife) on long trips.

The power went out at my home during the "great Christmas ice storm" a few years back. I went to fire up my 8 kilowatt generator, confident we would have power for the outage. It didn't work! I tried my backup generator. DEAD! I spent 14 hours trying to get one of them working, but alas, my efforts were in vain. I finally located a 1970's transistor inverter. The power was out for a full WEEK, but that power inverter kept us going with a TV and one lamp for the entire week. It died the last time I tried to fire it up, so I was VERY happy to find this one! Now I'm prepared for the possible long term power outage! Excellent!
