I have shared the following with the seller and am awaiting responses, which I will then update this review based upon.

I am confused, in that:
1) I thought this case came with screen and lens protection, plus was to be "military" grade tough including water-resistant, yet there is only a loose fitting screen with holes in the top, plus no camera lens protection, yet there seems to be an extra screenless phone-front case.

2) the loose fit of the screen provided (fixed to the case front), plus row of holes at the top, and it not actually adhering to the phone screen has already allowed debris inside, plus it does not allow for consistent/ reliable touch-screen sensitivity or accuracy.

2) the stand on the back of the reg phone case popped out of its tracking the first time a tried to close the stand back down, then took a long time to be able to get it popped back in place... The visual instructions are too tiny, and the written info too unclear, to accurately see to know what I did wrong, and how to avoid this happening again. The stand also topples the phone very easily, and is not stable for the phone and weight of its own casing.

Please let me know, plus advise which camera lens and water-resistant screen-protection I should have had with this order- or should have ordered additionally.

Liked screen frame and screen protector. Will see how well screen protector stands up - not as substantial as actual glass ones applied to previous smart phone. No indication as to whether screen protector can be obtained separately if it needs to be replaced at some point in time. Installation instructions could be improved.

This could probably protect a tank. It is somewhat heavy, but using the holster makes it seem less so. Noticed some complained about the fingerprint reader being a problem. I have not found this to be the case. Just need to get used to a bit more pressure.
