I had purchased a different brand mini PC only to return it a few days later. The unit I had purchased had the same cpu/memory specs as this one, yet it was loud and ran hot, and was more expensive The small processor heat sink fans these mini PC's typically use are noisy, and the constant ramping up/down fan whine from heat in a tiny case was intolerable (for me).

So, saw this one with large fan and pulled the trigger even though there were only two reviews, both of them were positive. Everything I didn't like about previous mini PC is now perfection is this one. Literal silence, even when pushing it, doesn't get too hot, and even the performance in benchmarks are better than previous because of large fan/less heat. The performance is fantastic considering the fast/newer AMD processor and ddr5 ram (albeit 4800). The unit is all plastic yet feels well made and got it at $349.

If there are any possible downsides, this mini PC is a fairly unknown brand compared to some other brands (i.e Beelink) and I assume it would be next to impossible to get anything fixed if something goes wrong after return period is up. I have researched it and this same mini pc (Chinese brand) is sold under a couple other different names on other sites (European), yet it is still an uncertainty.

That being said, if you're looking for a mini PC with great performance, great looks, great price considering latest AMD processor with ddr5, and a real fan which cools without fan whine, this may be what you're looking for.

This is for the 7735HS with 16GB RAM and 512GB ssd
It is easy to upgrade - just remove the rubber feet and unscrew the bottom 4 screws to get to RAM, WIFI, and SSD. YOU DON'T HAVE TO UNSCREW THE TOP !!!!

The slightly larger size of this mini-pc leads to much better cooling over the other smaller mini pcs. I was able to run it at 100% load and the temperature would settle at 85C, with peak at 89C over the entire day. The CPU would maintain 4.45GHZ across all cores. The fan is very quiet even at this full load. In comparison to some smaller pcs I tried, they would jump to 99C and then the CPU performance would drop to 3.2GHZ on all cores.

The AC adapter is 100 watts, and has a USB-C connector. But the USB-C on the back is for power only. The USB-C on the front is full featured and has USB4.

Mine didn't have any spyware loaded on it, but the CPU would shut down within a minute or two until I could change some settings. It seemed like it was set to go to sleep in 1 minute.

The good:
CPU turbos up to 4.7GHz easily, can run all 8 cores near full speed for extended time at 4.45GHz and runs cool.
Silent fan, great cooling.
Wifi is INTEL AX200 not some garbage mediatek.
The bios has lots of options for AMD and some for the cooling fan. But no setting to reserve graphics memory. I've never had to reserve more than the 512KB anyway.

The bad:
Only has windows 11 HOME, not pro like most mini-pcs
The kingston 512GB SSD is garbage, no lifetime specs, reads 3300MB/s writes 1300MB/s but seems slow.

After you get those off you're looking at the fan. in the corners 4x standard Philips screws in each corner.
Then it's a bit of a pain to gently pull it out noting all the wires.

Then pretty straight forward to install the sata ssd cable (included) replace memory nvme etc.
Then the ssd sorta slots into the bottom of the case when you close it up.

I got it for 349.99 so yeah hard to beat.
I have 2 other mini pcs a 5800u as a proxmox server and a low-end cheap intel one.
5800u could not handle zwift. this can.

I have been building desktop PCs since they first came out. I owned my own company selling, upgrading, and repairing them. I purchased this because right now I do not have the time to build one for myself. I thought I would try one of these tiny little PCs to see how good it was, and to mostly do my budget on. I was so surprised when I powered this little guy up. It as better than any of the computers I used to build. I have built them with AMD processors, and Intel processors. This guy just puts all my computers to shame. It is truly lightening fast. It has good storage, and is even a 4K display. This little guy is worth a lot more than you are selling it for. I purchased this mini PC because of its clean design with a nice spec for its price. Unfortunately, its performance is far worse than anticipated due to its poor gaming performance. This PC can't even handle 1080p resolution but fuzzy 720p when I play Dragon Ball FighterZ game. I played the same game on my 4-year-old HP desktop and got a crystal clear 4K resolution with smooth gaming performance. Whatever I do to change the settings of the game, its fuzzy picture resolution throws off the entire gaming experience. Also, its slow performance worsened the already terrible gaming experience. Lastly, I tried to workout with Firebat's after-sale service but unfortunately, they were not helping at all and not up to my expectations.
