SIM card was not activated because it was Friday and then the weekend? How long could it possibly take to activate that it couldn’t be done on a Friday.This was the first time using this brand and it will certainly be the last.

I registered the sim card as suggested and inserted it when I arrived in Europe. Although my phone recognized the sim card, I was not able to use data or send messages. Any suggestions online did not work (resetting my phone, ensuring data and roaming were on) and the O2 website would not work either. I couldn't contact the customer service phone number, as I was not able to make outgoing calls.

After registering the sim card before travelling, I was asked to submit the dates for my travel and was ensured the card was ready to use.

Found a much cheaper and better option while in Europe, tried being proactive, but it's better to just get a sim card there.

Am travelling around Europe and want full call, text and data coverage for the duration.
Get to Europe to find SMS (text) does not work. According to the supplier's support email "the SIM card package you ordered does not include sending text messages, so it cannot be sent."

I have never, until now, heard of a mobile package that includes calls and data but not SMS.

Absolute scam. We bought 2 of these for each of our phones. Neither worked. Have never had this happen before. Now we are travelling, having to buy new SIM cards to use and Amazon won't refund until they get a return which we can't do while travelling.
A complete waste of time, money and a total headache. Stick with orange cards-problem free.
