Fantastic sound
I am picky regarding the string quality, and it was the first time I decided to switch to Ernie Ball, looking for new sound nuances. I installed these strings on my Ibanez Artcore AFS75. The strings have fantastic tonality, a bit brighter than I expected, but EQ easily compensated for it. Another pleasant surprise was the strings didn't require significant time to adjust the tension, and almost immediately, I was able to play without constantly tuning up. I recommend these strings to guitar players looking for a bright and precise sound. These strings may need some EQing when playing more traditional, warm, jazzy styles.
