I use this cushion on my office desk chair. The construction is very good, and the cushion has a nice contour that works great on my back. It does not protrude too much, yet provides excellent support. The memory foam on this is nice and it provides good comfort.

Sitting at my desk for hours doesn't seem tiring anymore.

It comes with two securing straps, which I don't use. Yet the cushion stays in place and does not move around at all.

I have not had the lumbar pillow long so it is difficult to give an accurate review. What I do know is that is fits your body well, is slightly snug around the waist and is totally comfortable. The pillow positions you in a way that you sit up straighter, thereby, improving your posture. I find that to be extremely important. In time I will be able to comment if it improve back pain.

First of all, the construction seems to be very good and the attractive outer covering is nicely secured to the frame. My wife opened the package, said "Wow!" when first used and it has not been taken out of the chair since first opened. I liked the flexibility in that it can be used in many places, including vehicles -- the colour we ordered matches our car's upholstery almost exactly!! The comfort and support given by the memory foam thus far has remained consistently high due to a well thought-out design. We also liked the breathable fabric covering rather than that sweat-inducing vinyl material. Hopefully, this one will last a long time. Well worth the purchase price. In fact, I think I'll order one for myself when making those long drives. (Rick -- Barb's husband) ADDITION -- I stated in the above write-up that I would likely order one for myself but my wife beat me to it due to the proximity of our birthdays!! TWO very happy customers!!

I wish it was bigger to support my whole back, This is the first product that I have purchase so I don't really have anything to compare it with. It is somewhat helpful but I think a fuller size one would have been more beneficial for me. It is better that I have something behind me, than my pillow for sure. I will keep it but will be looking for something in the future that meets my needs for full back support. I would still recommend this product, the quality is good and this size may meet your needs.

This is such a soft yet supportive back cushion. I bought it with my mother in mind. She has scoliosis and needs a comfortable back support behind her. I think she would love it. It is supportive and creates a soft barrier between spine and chair. It's so comfortable. Many back cushions take some time to adjust to them before you get used to them, this one was soft as butter to my back from the start.
I like the cover, it is really soft, too. Zipper is helpful for washing.
The ONLY issue I have with this is that when the adjustable straps, even when set to the loosest setting, are put around my office chair the pull quite a lot, and I'm afraid they the cover will rip at that point in the near future. I've just been setting the cushion on my chair, but without the straps every time I get up the cushion flops onto the seat. The straps fit better on a smaller chair, like a dining chair.
Regardless of that issue, I can recommend this back support as the softest yet more supportive one that I've ever had.
UPDATE: I have bought 3-4 lumbar cushions since this one and this one is by far the best. It has a soft support. Others that I've chosen are harder/more firm and push me forward. This is easy to lean into. Still my favorite. after 9 months.

Ich nutze das Kissen an einem Bürostuhl mit hoher Rückenlehne.
Es hat 2 Tage gedauert, bis ich mich daran gewöhnt hatte. Nach Eingewöhnung finde ich das Kissen wirklich gut.
Man muss ein wenig rumprobieren, bis man das Kissen in genau der richtigen Höhe befestigt hat, damit es wirklich da stützt, wo es stützen soll. Aber dann passt es super.
Es hält durch die Spanngummis fest und rutscht nicht.
Die Lendenwirbel werden stabil unterstützt und man spürt keinen Übergang vom Kissen zur Stuhllehne. Durch die Unterstützung der Lendenwirbelsäule sitzt man viel weniger buckelig, sondern automatisch aufrechter und dabei auch entspannter.
Ich könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass das Kissen für sehr große Menschen oder Menschen mit sehr breitem Rücken zu kurz oder zu schmal ist. Ich bin relativ klein und bei mir passt es wie angegossen.

Von der Sitzfläche nimmt es ungefähr 10 Zentimeter in Anspruch, man sitzt also etwas weiter vorne.

Die Verarbeitung ist gut, alles fest vernäht und von guter Qualität.
Alles in allem kann ich das Kissen wirklich empfehlen. Mein Rücken freut sich sehr darüber.
