Not tinny; sounds v. close to real voice (attested by irl family member). Feels very sturdy and luxurious- doesn't feel plasticky and cheaply made. It comes with a (very heavy) desk stand--boom arm must be purchased separately. The cord is thicc with 2 c's and v. long which is rly good!! Cord also gets into the way of bending the microphone backwards so pls keep that in mind when purchasing.
I didn't buy the El Gato boom arm to go along w the mic, but I may in the future! P's and B's do not overly pop and static into the microphone. Buttons are easy to navigate. I haven't played around with the mixer yet though. One thing that puzzles me though is how the settings for the microphone will reset every time that I turn off my computer. I may have to look into that.
Other than that minor inconvenience, there's nothing much wrong with the mic. I'm glad I chose the Wave:3 over the other mics that I was looking at! I wish they'd produce it in white, though. It'd look so clean! I'll probably buy other mics to test out the Wave:3 quality in the future, but I'm actually quite happy w this one overall!!
