![Expensive but very flexible and great for streamlining things and organization.](https://cdn.statically.io/img/images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/G/01/x-locale/common/transparent-pixel._V192234675_.gif)

I’d give it 5 stars if you didn’t have to be in the active window/app to use the hot keys. When I am in PowerPoint or some other app and I want to unmute in teams, I have to alt-tab over to the teams app, press the button and go back etc.
Great product and easy to program and make your own icons etc.

With this little thing, I can set a bunch of pre-configured monitor profiles, enabling/disabling them and positioning them stacked or side-by-side depending usage. I can pre-set buttons to open network folders using UNC, or local folders using drag-and-drop. Moving windows to pre-determined monitor is a given as there are many users online showing how, but enabling/disabling specific monitors is something I was looking to do. (When I'm using single monitor, I use all 4 monitors, but when I switch to 2 systems, I may need 2 or 3 monitors depending on tasks I'm doing). With this I can make changes to such arrangement on the fly without clicking through Windows Settings millions of time to do the same.
Also, with multi-action function, I can move video player and/or play next/previous while I'm working on something else without even having to click away. (During the execution, you may lose focus of the application, but all you need is to click on the window once to gain back control/focus. Just make sure you don't type anything when you execute the button).
It allows me to group multiple items using nested menu so I can create a set of buttons to map to certain network folders, or open the certain set of network folders. (In case they're not currently mapped). This way I can use it to standardize/organize so that I'll always be opening the right folders.
Lastly, with some plug-in I discovered same day I used the unit for the first time, I found new use on Window's Task View where I can create new virtual desktop and switch between them with ease. This helps when I have 20-30 windows/apps/browsers opened doing multiple tasks. Before this, I always have hard time and confusion using short-cut keys to switch between virtual desktops so I never really used it. Now this deck can create a specific one and name it so you will always know how many and which desktop you're switching to, like a virtual KVM when doing lots of file manipulation.
Overall I think this is an IT person's dream, it is expensive for what it is, but it has visual icon that's customizable which is far better than just a set of G-keys which after some time you have no idea what they're set to do. (With menu nesting/folders and additional pages to change to, even this 15-key deck can house hundreds of buttons as long as you organize/group them accordingly). I'd even buy 2-3 more if the price is lower because I could use this on my other 3 computers I have around. For now, I'll just have to bring it along to other systems when I need them.
