used all summer long they helped my 6 yr old with his night sweats.. however we still use a fan in the room and these are wayyy better than our regular old pillowcases by a long shot.. however they dont stay cold all night--warm up after 10 mins or so but still have a coolness to them.. i love them actually. we have 3 setsso far i used the 'warmer' side as we has a couple cooler nights already and it works too but always find it gets too warm and i end up flipping it over so i can freeze my face for a few mins lol. i prefer the cool side- which is the main reason and initial purpose why i bought these.

I suffer with hot flashes these days, I can’t even let my hair down because I overhear so quickly…ugh!
These pillow cases are a godsend…they cool so quickly and allow me a great nights sleep. I have a couple in the bed and can easily with swap one out for the other or turn it to find a cool spot. Best money I ever spent.
Do not through them in the dryer as this seems to damage them. One of them was missed once and ended up in the dryer and it pulled…nothing a fabric shaver can’t handle but do it too many times and it seems to damage it and it doesn’t have the same cooling effect. DO NOT PUT INTO DRYER…air dry only.

Maybe because it has 2 sides , but I prefer the other kind I bought: stretchy and all the same material. They are cheaper in price and soft but you can not get the cooling effect when you flip your pillow !

Bonjour, J'ai acheté ces 2 couvres-oreillers pour aller avec la couverture rafraîchissante et les 2 font des merveilles pour nous tenir au frais tout au long de la nuit. Le soir venu, nous rentrons dans un lit frais et c'est vraiment apprécié. Toutefois, il y a 2 inconvénients. Il faut les faire sécher à l'air puisque le fabricant indique que la chaleur de la sécheuse ferait en sorte de briser son pouvoir rafraîchissant. Aussi, la couverture étant tellement mince qu'elle ne tient pas sa forme lorsque l'on fait le lit, mais ce n'est pas si grave puisqu'il y a un couvre-lit par-dessus. Je vous la recommande.

The cases are cool at first, but warm up quickly. You can move to another spot and it will be cool, for a while. Meanwhile it cools down again but the spot you move over to gets warm quickly. I still wake up with head sweat hair. Sadly, I'm sleeping, so I don't move and wake up hot! I bought the blanket which I like but the pillow case was a disappointment. The fabric is nice if you just want a nice pillow case.

I got these as a test, I was also looking at one of the cooling blankets but figured the cases were a safer way to test the cooling feature.

The fabric feels smooth and nice, I'd compare it to bamboo fabrics.
The cooling effect exists and they tend to always feel cool to the touch.
The fabric also does breath well and wicks moisture, I really like these pillowcases!

That said the fabric is not magic and it does eventually warm-up and, I do still occasionally flip my pillow.

My one complaint is that only one side of the case is the cooling side, the other is a different material, still very comfortable, but different, it's advertised as a feature but probably some cost-cutting.

Anyway I do recommend this pillow case!

I'll admit I havent even used it yet, but its not as advertised. There's no secret zipper which was the deciding factor for me, or if there is one its REALLY hidden. Two people feeling all around the pillowcases so I doubt we both missed it. The material feels nice, going to try them out soon...
