Image Burn-In Seen on Dark Pictures :(
We bought two of this sellers Frameo 16.2" digital Frames and BOTH have image burn-in (permanent discolouration of areas on an electronic display).We were very excited, the frame worked great until we displayed a darker image and could see white characters appearing through our picture. We ordered a second frame to replace it, we even held on to our return to make sure we didn't receive the same one back, and again, there is a burn-in ghostly image of text in the background. So very disappointed after being so excited to have a large digital frame. :(

The great thing about Frameo-style frames is that they are touch-capacitive, high resolution frames that offer wi-fi connectivity and modern USB-C style power outlets. So the process of setting up and using the frame is a very quick and simple process that anyone can learn just by following the instructions on the screen as they appear.
This particular frame is a 10.1 inch, 32gb model, with a very nice, classic looking black rim that just looks and feels premium rather than cheap. The best thing about it is that you can look through a gallery of uploaded images, or just swipe through them like a phone. Even if you are a senior and don't really use modern technology, these are still very easy to learn how to use.
In this particular instance, I recently photographed a wedding for a senior couple, and while they are a beautiful and intelligent, they still don't really take advantage of modern amenities like mobile devices and social media — so I wanted to surprise them with a bit of flair for their home that would allow them to see the full set of images I had created for them, in a way that was easy and could be seen regularly, in addition to a physical album of course.
The great thing is this photo frame also allows me to send them 15 second video clips from both myself as their official photographer/videographer, but for an added bonus, also from their friends and family as I have requested all who were invited to celebrate with the couple, also send whatever pictures or video they had taken at the event.
The frame does offer wifi of course, and invite codes to allow easy sending of pictures and videos, but in this case, the couple will not have wifi access, but 32 gb is more than sufficient to include all the content I made, plus from friends and family. Overall, it's a lovely, functional memory keeper, and I will continue to purchase Frameo-programmed frames in the future. 5 huge stars. I couldn't be more pleased with these frames as a beautiful, functional investment.
