Looks like a mini-extention cord for your house but for your vehicle! I did not know I needed this. You will probably feel the same way when you eventually decide to get this. It is small about the length and width of my hand, I have big hands for a lady. I keep this in the middle console of my SUV. The only thing I keep having issues with is pressing the button to turn it on or accidently pressing it off. Not a big deal but keep that in mind. I started using this for my hair straightener and curling iron while sitting in a parking lot getting ready for work. It does it's thing! I don't notice a power change in my ride so I think it's okay. I chose this item just in case my kids needed to charge their Nintendo switches...I wanted to be the mom, the super mom who has everything and impress them with this. That has not happenned and the idea has passed, sadly. Anyways, this is very cool though!!! I have not had any issues with the heat or performance of this. Great buy!
