Gives nice large sweep of a backgound impossible to keep wrinkle free
Had this black muslin backdrop for 4 years. I really like the nice solid black color that does not leak light at all for me. It's a lot of fabric, great for sweeps. No way to keep it wrinkle-free, it takes a lot of effort to wrap it up again alone, best with two people to meet up the corners to fold properly. Not a huge concern for me with the black background as editing them out is easily done in post and with strategic lighting you can mostly eliminate much post work getting it right in camera. I've washed it and hung it out on the line many times and no fading, and the wrinkles are far less, (until it comes to folding time again). I would be interested to know how the lighter colors fare. Wish they had more abstract coloring, the solids tend to need a texture overlay to add more interest for my use. All in all, I am happy with my purchase, and would def consider adding a new color to my collection.

Black side is good but the white side is unuseable

The backdrop was folded with obvious creases when it arrived. I was able to use a steamer and steam the black side. I am very happy with how the black side has turned out. The white side however ended up with discolored stains after I used the steamer on it. Sadly it is unusable in this state.

Expected a cotton muslin backdrop, got a cheap, wrinkly polyester sheet with brown stains on it. Ironing doesn’t get rid of the wrinkles and creases.
