I bought this 3 months ago. It’s just wasted my time and money.
1). The Ai Person Detect is a joke. Sometimes it’s work but sometimes it’s not working at the same location. Even I walked into the front of the camera but the camera didn’t active the motion detect( it didn’t flashed and didn’t send me any notification).
2). Keeps sending me the motion detect alarms but no one catches in the camera. The worst part is during the night, forced me to disarmed it many times.
3). It offline so sequently. It’s around 3 meters away from the router, the wifi signal is very strong. It offline minimum 5 times a day since I turned on the offline notification.( currently working from home, the wifi never offline).
4). Spent over a month to email back and forth with the tech support . I did all the things that they told me to do (reset, sent videos and…) but still not working properly. The end of the day they told me that is normal without any problems resolved.
If you don’t want to waste your time and money, better look for another one !
