Great charger but also bigger in size!
Been using ERS products for a while and I’ve been mostly happy with their quality. This new charger is quite nice, added touch with the blue glow hue which looked nice and easy to find when you’re in a dark place.I’ve been using their other chargers and I can attest that the charging speed is indeed faster, though I can’t really comment on “how much” faster. The device is quite a bit bigger though so buyer beware if you have very limited space on your dash vent!!I had to move my charger all the way to the right so it won’t take up space with my steering wheel shifter…even then my hand will hit the charger from time to time! 😅One more thing, I feel that the magnetic holding force of 2000g is the same (or very similar) with the old charger (1500g) despite reporting stronger power. Not sure if it’s due to the white sponge padding-like material on the charger.Overall I’m happy with the charger but just wish the clamp has adjustable arm so I can move it more to the side and not having to worry about knocking my phone over whenever I’m making a turn on the steering wheel~ 😅 The structure is nice and solid and everything is working as described so far! Definitely recommend~

Have only just got the device, but initial impressions are good. The way it lights up was unexpected and a nice touch, strong magnet. I’ll have to wait until it’s not -35 to sit in the car and set it up, but looking forward to the convenience of charging and mounting all in one!

I was debating this purchase for a while, but glad I finally pulled the trigger. The MagSafe is rock solid and the Cryoboost is a nice addition as my heating vent has been blowing directly on my phone with my previous mount. The parts feel well made and tightly locked in. My only small wish was that the charging circle was white so it didn't stand out so much when I don't have a device on top of it. Otherwise, this is another great and useful product by ESR.

Apple bride la recharge à 7.5W avec les chargeurs « compatible Magsafe ».
J’avais un ancien chargeur « compatible Magsafe » qui, au bout de 60 min, m’avait augmenté l’autonomie que de 2%. (USB 2.4A)
Avec ce modèle, j’augmente de 10% en 10 min.
(tests réalisés en déplacement avec un iPhone 13 pro max , wifi et Bluetooth désactivés, 5G activé, GPS activé ).
Le portable est très bien maintenu même sur route défoncée.(coque de portable avec un aimant cercle Magsafe obligatoire).
Par contre il ne se branche pas sur une prise USB ordinaire (5V 2.4A) car il fonctionne en 9V 3A, il faut donc le brancher obligatoirement sur le chargeur fourni.
(Petits) défauts :
- Le chargeur dépasse de 4cm de l’allume-cigare ce n’est pas un chargeur affleurant.
- Magsafe blanc sur un tableau de bord de voiture noire , ça attire trop l’attention (vol ?) :il faudrait une version noire ou un autocollant rond noir à coller.
- L’Ensemble des pinces est efficace, mais est trop gros : le téléphone est loin des grilles (vibrations, effet de levier)
- La plaque ressort des pinces (noire) a sauté lors de l’installation, je l’ai remis difficilement et je l’ai collé des 2 cotés : à améliorer !
Malgré ces petits défauts, je recommande ce chargeur qui recharge beaucoup plus rapidement que les autres chargeurs « compatible Magsafe ».

Al final este cargador/soporte ha solucionado todos estos problemas. Llevo varios días utilizándolo y no he tenido ningún problema. La pinza queda sujeta con fuerza, lo mismo que el imán. La carga rápida sin que el móvil se caliente. El adaptador de mechero lleva otra salida USB-C que me permite cargar otro dispositivo. No es un producto barato, pero sí que me ha salido mejor de precio que todo el dinero que he tirado con otros cargadores y soportes.
En mi caso, me ha dado respuesta a las necesidades que tenía y ha solucionado los problemas que me daban el resto.
