The kickstand broke after a month and a half of use, I was quite upset. Emailed them asking for a replacement, and they are surprisingly responsive, claimed it was a QC issue, and I got a replacement in the mail within the week. Not sure how this replacement will last, but the kickstand seems sturdier than the last.

So far this case has been fantastic for my S24 Ultra. The clear back and black rubber bumpers are still looking great and clean up easy. Previous clear cases have gotten yellow and cloudy on me too quickly. The magsafe mount is strong convenient. I've dropped my phone a number of times and this case provides a great balance of protection and slim design to go easily in and out of your pocket.

I had one problem with the kickstand breaking off during normal use. However, the support provided directly via email by ESR was quick and easy.

I look forward to trying out other produxts from ESR.

I recently purchased the ESP case for my Samsung S24 Ultra, and I am thoroughly impressed. This case is the epitome of protection and style, seamlessly blending both to offer a product that stands out in the market for the price it is listed at.

1- The ESP case offers robust protection without compromising on the sleek design of the phone. The materials used are top-notch, providing peace of mind against drops, bumps, and scratches. It’s reassuring to know my S24 Ultra is safeguarded by such a reliable case.

2- The integration of MagSafe magnets is a game-changer. They are incredibly strong, providing a secure attachment for all compatible accessories. This feature alone makes the ESP case a standout choice for the S24 Ultra.

3- The metal mount also adds to the overall premium feel of the case. It doesn't fling open the moment you open it. it's very sturdy and helps you adjust the phone in many very convenient angles when watching. This is probably my favorite part about the case.

4- The only downside I would give this phone is that it started to turn yellow pretty quickly. It started showing a strong tint of yellow after only 2 weeks of usage. Throughout that period, I cleaned my phone quite frequently, hoping to slow down the yellowing process.

In conclusion, the ESP case for the Samsung S24 Ultra gets a perfect score from me – 10/10. It’s a product that delivers on all fronts, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best protection and style for their device.

For s24 ultra users will see that the megnet at the back interfere with the spen functionality.

The customers support was amazin. After sending an email they replied back the next day and showed me alternatives available without the megnet.

Would love to buy their magnetic case in the future if there is a updated version that does not effect the spen.

Unfortunately, my original review below still stands as fact: The magsafe magnet affects the 5x telephoto lens such that it often cannot focus.

I love this case's design and feel! The kickstand is sturdy, and useful, and the magnet is strong. But maybe too strong!

Be warned that this case may affect the focus on your 5x telephoto lens! I could have sworn that I had a problem with my camera from factory, and I even went to Samsung to complain about it, but they found no problems. So, I swapped out this case for another one for a couple weeks, and I had no more issues, this case's MagSafe magnet pulls on the focusing bits of the 5x lens and prevents it from working properly.

Unfortunately, I cannot use this case anymore, since I can't take all the pictures I'd like to. It's a real shame. But other ESR products work well, and their support department gets an A+ from me!
