It's an excellent tool, comes with the strap but it is heavy. Power is adequate I just started using it and have to get used to how it balances. It could be designed a little better to distribute the weight. Cuts nicely and easily through light stems and new growth. Over all it will come in handy pruning the trees
and larger shrubs, tall bushes in my yard.
Will look forward to adding other attachments as I need them.

I'm 5'6" and was able to adjust the length of the shaft to fit me and keep the trimmer head level to the ground. The trimmer head itself released more string when it runs short. And, when it runs out, just slide in a length of string, and the head auto-winds it. Perfect!

Bought this without the battery and charger. I didn't need it due to the other EGO stuff I had. All of the batteries are interchangeable. Awesome tool that works. Not having to maintain a gas motor is huge for me. Put the battery in and it works
