The spare parts fit well and are of the same quality as original Ecovac parts. I've tried a third party substitute before and the brushes were way thinner. These ones are good. The only complaint is the price. The substitutes cost just a fraction of the price, so I believe it would be prudent to make the original a little more expensive but not 3 times so.

We've been using the Ecovacs T8 for years and had high hopes for this new version that would mop. After using it for only a single day, we're definitely returning it. It's awful! The vacuum avoids the edges of the kitchen (under the cabinets) because the lidar thinks it's an obstacle. When we adjusted the settings so that it would stop avoiding the edges, it caught our lamp and broke it!
The app also has a terrible user interface and it's not user friendly at all. Would not recommend

I wasn't really sure what to expect when we got this, i was just hoping it would save a bit of time. I run it about 2-3 times a week and have it mop once a week. It does an amazing job, the house feels so much cleaner as its running regularly. Its mopping function is excellent! I do find it can get stuck on cables etc so you need to be mindful about placing zones it can't go into or moving cables. My cats sometimes leave toys out during the day and it will push them around the house as well. Once a month i sweep areas it can't reach and that's it! Overall, amazing purchase!

I got the iRobot before and returned it to get this robot cleaner -- and I must say, we are delighted! It has different suction levels for vacuuming and does a great job. The mopping is good too; however, it cannot get hard dirt or grease off the floor (which is okay, it is still very, very worth it). I also wish we could add a cleaning solution for mopping, but it is not required again.

I highly recommend this product. We have been using it a lot, and we are satisfied.
