Just saying be careful buying refurbished dysons. I have always liked the product and they absolutely work. I'm very happy with my dyson corded vacuum, as well as the cordless i have had for downstairs. I went to buy another dyson to set up upstairs and they came with some attachments missing. I am assuming its because it "refurbished" but common now get me the product i ordered. Now i have to send all this back at my time = expense just to get one or two pieces. Moving forward pending on how this goes through, i probably recommend to go directly to dyson's site to order. Normally i wouldn't be that pressed but this is an 400+ item. I will keep you updated how much a hassle this is if any
