What I got was a refurbished vacuum for the price of a new one. As can be seen in the picture the plastic is marked everywhere, had trash inside and ambient dirt everywhere.
I got sent an used product, which is weird because everything was packed perfectly in the box. That's why I'm getting this was either a refurbished product or something that was on display, either way it sucks really bad for me.
