We have a bi-weekly housekeeping. In between we try to maintain the floors (hardwood and carpet) reasonably. We have the worst shedding dog with contrasting hair color to the floors, hence stands out like a sore thumb. It does an amazing job. The multiple attachments come in handy for the car, stairs and general accessibility ergonomically as well. Suction so good occasionally stalls the brush wheels with rugs. The hair that it pulled after typical cleaning with an older vacuum was shocking. Also nice and easy to dump the canister once full. Very happy with performance. The only thing the disappointed was the paint rubbed off the long shaft attachment when cleaning under bed rails so aesthetically marred. Durability of finish could be improved in the future.

Dies within 4 mins on the max suction power setting and gets pretty hot. So I wouldn’t recommend using it to clean a car. But for small space homes using it on the high suction setting It gets the job done. Keeping it on the charging doc insures a full battery at all times.

This was a refurbished item, I was aware of the possibility the item would come with issues. Yet being a previous Dyson customer I had faith it would come as if it was a new product after being tested and verified. I am so disappointed! The item arrived and barely lasted through one vacuum cycle. Also, my package arrived opened and missing many of the accessories. This was a total FAIL. Returning immediately!
