Great Video Door Bell with great customer support
I bought this video door bell camera late last year and really like it for all its features and sharp videos.However I noticed in a few months that the light on the home base unit goes off after a few seconds I plugged it in and no other issue with it. Otherwise, It was working just fine.So I emailed to Aosu customer service about this issue.After a few emails with invoice and pictures, they sent me a replacement. I installed the new system and works great so far.I am very pleased with the customer service for their prompt response to resolve this issue.Thanks a lot, particularly to Ann.Siva

This is a great door bell camera and it works better than I’ve expected especially at this price point. Installation was super easy and I’ve used the wedge provided with the camera so it pretty much covers our entire driveway and it’s a large 6 car driveway. Picture is very crisp and audio works pretty well, not crystal clear but pretty good and you can understand what person at the door is saying. This doorbell is much bigger and bulkier then Ring for example but love the fact that there is no monthly subscription fee and 8 GB std storage card should be sufficient for most people and you can easily delete videos that you no longer need to create more storage room. App is very user friendly and easy to navigate and you can also add all your family members to it without any additional cost so everyone in the house gets notifications and can watch live video with a recording option in the app. Everything about this doorbell is great but I doubt that you can get 6 months of battery life as I’ve installed the doorbell a week ago and it already used 12% of battery life so I’m thinking 2-3 months is more realistic but then again we’re a household of 5 so there is lots of action at the front door, maybe for a couple or a single person you might get close to 5-6 months. Overall great purchase and supper happy with this doorbell camera.
