It’s cheaply made based on it’s price point. After not even two months of use the ramp collapsed as my dog was using. My dog is a puppy and is well under the weight limit. Hopefully she’s not traumatized to use anything like it in the future.

The biggest problem is that the unit I received may not have been put together that well. When placed on the garage floor it is quite shaky, which makes my dog hesitate. Perhaps the unit is too lightweight. Also, people need to know that if it's used to have your dog get into the car easier (to avoid them jumping up and hurting themselves) the unit becomes very steep and does not make it right up to the back seat of a regular-sized SUV. Some training is needed to get your dog to accept the ramp because they still have to jump into the back seat and deal with the steep slope. Additionally, the carpeting that is used does not provide a real 'non-slip' experience for my dog. The carpeting is not what I would have selected. Honestly, I should have sent this back.
