Mirrored Display
Spliced Display
1)Extended mode can output two different screens and mirror mode can output two identical screens.Note:If your graphics card has a splicing screen function, you can use the splicing screen mode.
2) The requirement for this KVM to achieve a dual-screen display is that each PC you connect to has the capability to support a dual or multi-screen display. This has nothing to do with KVM.

The features on this KVM are numerous. I will describe the most unique points I noted, starting from the bottom.
The switch box is formed from rigid steel with no flanges or sharp edges. The seams on the back panel are tight. The On-Off button is a small rocker while the PC 1-2 buttons are translucent silicone with green backlighting and a membrane switch inside. This box is built to industrial standards. Regarding the actual bottom, no rubber feet are provided. I have a lot of cables coming out the back, but I gave them space to go straight before being tied up. As a result, the box is extremely stable on my desk and feet are not necessary.
The switch box accepts input from PCs via two modern USB 3.0 B ports. The product comes with two cables which can each plug into a USB 3.0 A port on a PC. The KVM offers two USB A ports on the back and one in the front. All are rated for USB 3.0. For my commuting laptop, I connected a wireless mouse dongle in the front; the mouse dongle is removed sometimes to travel with the laptop. The remaining ports on the back are occupied by a wireless keyboard dongle and a USB hub for extra ports. The convenience of the front USB port for items that need to travel is very thoughtful.
This is very specifically a DisplayPort KVM. Not all my screens have DisplayPort so I tried cables with different ends on the KVM. I found these limitations.
* The KVM will not take input from a passive HDMI-DisplayPort adapter cable.
* The KVM will not send output to a passive DisplayPort-HDMI adapter cable.
In other words, the KVM will not take HDMI input nor allow output conversion to HDMI despite the use of adapters. I was surprised because my adapters work fine on direct PC to screen connections. No support for HDMI in the signal path is disappointing.
On the positive side, the KVM does allow DisplayPort output to be converted to VGA output with a passive adapter cable. 1920x1080p is well within the capability of a VGA port on a modern screen so a VGA adapter cable is a viable option. I found the VGA input image indistinguishable from native HDMI input.
Since the KVM is connected by USB to two PCs, it has a JMtek USB DAC for 3.5mm audio output and 3.5mm microphone input. I did not try the microphone input (which might more accurately be a line level input), but I listened to the output with Monoprice Modern Retro headphones and a KZ ZS10 Pro 2 in-ear monitor. The onboard DAC plays at 48 kHz with 16 bit resolution according to Linux. The bass does not go quite as low as a reference-grade ALC5686 DAC in USB C adapter, but is still more pronounced than built-in PC audio. Similarly, high treble and recorded hiss are attentuated a touch on the ALC5686. Output level is sufficient even if perhaps 5 dB less than the ALC5686.
The audio output is exceptionally clean, even if not the emphasizing the highest highs or maximizing the lowest lows. The sound is still good in fidelity for most listening, which is a revelation and a nice bonus.
The incompatibility of this product with HDMI signals was not expected, but DisplayPort to VGA output is a fair option if you have the right adapters. The industrial quality and nice sound output make this an excellent KVM, especially if you need meeting or music capability.
WHY A SWITCH?:
So let's say you work from home and have a work computer and a gaming computer. Most situations would require 2 different setups. This means, at a minimum, 2 monitors, 2 keyboards and mice, and likely 2 desks. This is a lot of cost and likely means cheaper products for each because of this cost.
With this switch, all of that goes away. You can have a nice high-end monitor, mouse, and keyboard that is shared between the 2 computers. This means you can work all day and, at clock out, flip a switch and start gaming. Obviously, there are way more uses for this than that, but this is the most common one I can think of.
FIRST IMPRESSION:
The KVM Switch showed up well-packaged and included everything you need to get it set up, besides obviously the DP cables, those are up to you. It does include the 2 USB cables that are needed, however.
The main switch is really well-built and feels solid, which, for me, tends to be a good thing with electronics.
SETUP:
This sort of depends on your setup, but all in all, there isn't much to it. You need to supply power to the switch, connect a DP cable to each computer, connect the USB cables to each computer, and basically, that is it.
WIRED REMOTE SWITCH:
One of the handier things with this switch is the wired remote that you can mount, allowing for a much cleaner install. The switch itself can be hidden with just the remote accessible.
PERFORMANCE:
I've seen plenty of switches at 4K with mediocre refresh rates, but having one at 8K 60Hz or 4K 144Hz is much harder to find. This is in the realm of being usable for a gaming PC. I played around with it jumping back and forth and it was fairly quick to adapt to each computer with no issues.
CONCLUSION:
If you need the ability to share equipment between multiple computers, then this is the switch for you. Well-built, good specs, and easy to use.
WHAT I LIKED:
• Well-built
• Easy to set up
• Wired switch included
• Able to run 8k and 4k and decent refresh rates
WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE:
• Honestly, not much, perhaps be aware that this model is for DP only. I'm pretty sure the company also has the same one with HDMI options, though.
Again, I am no way techy nor do I have vast knowledge when it comes to the more complicated processes of this product however as a consumer, I can say that this product is very well made and thought out. It is not too big and bulky, it isn't and eye and getting everything set up was quick and easy. It is very user friendly.

Once I got the proper cables, everything worked as expected. Switching worked as expected and I didn't have any issues.
I did take one star off for the manual being very sparse on details, including if there was some key combination that I could use to switch between inputs. If there is one, I have no clue what it is because the manual doesn't say.
I would recommend this KVM if all your devices are DisplayPort, and you don't care about switching inputs via a keyboard combination. The KVM is well priced, especially for supporting 4 devices. . Otherwise get the combo HDMI/DisplayPort KVM or get the all HDMI one and use DisplayPort to HDMI cables (since DisplayPort to HDMI is trivial).
