It's useful for a standalone unit big screen android tablet. One key function is a spotify player and the audio was unbelievably bad. This can be fixed with a decent cheap bluetooth external speaker, though having to turn on the speaker each time is messy.
The main point is its usable, has USBC to rd/wr flash drives and transfer files.
Connecting to your android phone during installation essentially will install the same apps as your phone. If you want a big screen portable android tablet you can rotate in landscape or portrait mode, it works
