This 12 Inch Disco Ball is easy to setup, large in size, provides extra effects with added light and has a durable exterior.It can be hung from any high surface for expected results so I used a ceiling hook which is not included and hung it in the party room for testing. It does not spin or move on its own however was still able to provide extra effects with lighting added.Exterior does not lose small pieces while installing or moving and the pieces feel secured.Large Disco Ball that is easy to hang, reflects lighting and is durable.

I wanted to get a disco ball for my DJ setup but couldn't decide on what size to get. Would a smaller 8" disco balls work for my setup or should I go for a bigger 12" size? Bigger was definitely the better way to go and I'm glad I did.
I was expecting something that was kind of light-weight and cheap to arrive at my house. A Styrofoam ball with a bunch of mirror stickers or wrapped in a simulated material. I was pleasantly surprised in what actually showed up instead. The disco ball was well packaged and arrive undamaged. It is light-weight overall but still heavier than I expected it to be at 2 1/2 pounds (1.13Kg). Most of that weight is from the real glass mirrors that are fastened to the globe.
I have got to say that I am very happy with this so far. It is far nicer than I thought it would be. Having real glass mirrors is so nice but be careful handling it because of edges and don't drop it for sure. It does exactly what a disco ball should do. Now I just need to get a little spinner motor to add that extra disco effects. Good product, 5 stars.

This disco ball is the perfect addition to an upcoming disco-themed event I am producing. We'll have several areas with disco decor, and this one will hang on a backdrop frame with sparkly backdrop curtains. It's lightweight but sturdy, making it easy to hang without worrying about weight getting in the way.
