We bought this for our Dad when he was sick with cancer. Once he was confined to a bed, it would bring him SO much joy to see his loved ones rotate on the frame. (I set the rotation for ten seconds and that was perfect.) The instructions, although a bit difficult from a desktop computer, were clear and uploading the photos went well. Others can add pictures, from where they live, if they have the code to your frame from their cell phones. Pictures can be added or deleted. I LOVE how the frame has an option to have a blurred background so all pictures, both portrait or landscape, will show in their entirety. I'd purchase this again.

I looked at so many reviews before choosing this frame. All the reviews on this one were positive.
When I got the frame and tried to connect it, it was showing an error ( showing as connected to the internet but the frame offline) and not receiving pictures.
I emailed the seller and received a response in less than a day. I followed their advice to connect on another wifi and it fixed the issue ( even connecting to the original wifi after).
Transfers pictures fast. Great quality. Fun to watch.

I love how easy this is to use and I love having friends and family able to send me pics randomly into the mix of the slide show. It looks good and mounts well for wall display or on a shelf. Great picture quality too, even from some old cell phones;) My only concern is that it occasionally loses the connection to WiFi for no apparent reason. Easily corrected, but slightly annoying.

I purchased one of these frames last year, and loved it so much I bought three more to give as gifts. Oops. Here's a gift that is great in theory, but is actually glitchy and frustrating. None of these frames stay connected to Wi-Fi. I got a new phone at the beginning of the year, and lost all the info in my frameo app, so I had to get all the codes to my loved ones frames again, and reset the frames I had. And now, to top it off, Frameo wants users to subscribe for premium options. Nope. Not happening when the frame doesn't stay connected. They're cool and frustrating in equal measures. Wanted to love this... I absolutely do not.
