How to Use a Clip-on Tuner

Place the tuner on the headstock so it doesn’t come in contact with the strings or pegs.

Turn on the tuner and strum the E string, then move the peg to tune it.

There is virtually zero fret buzz and it results in clear crisp notes, perfect for those frequent key changes.  I ordered this digital tuner for my guitar and was able to use it with ease immediately upon arrival. It functioned well, and did a good job of getting my guitar in tune. It is very easy to use; only one button controls everything. You press once to turn the tuner on, and again to turn it off. The tuner will also turn off automatically after a short time to conserve the battery. The same button allows you to switch between instruments, which are displayed by a "G", "U", "B", etc on the screen. There is a brief delay from the time that you strum the string to the detection of the note on the screen, but it is less than one second, and I synced up with this after the first use. The tuner clips on easily, and can be spun to any position for ease of use and storage. I am very happy with this product. It functions well, is easy to use, and had a great price. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced, basic digital tuner.
