Sorry, didn't take a picture. It's about as bad as you think. I bought out of curiosity (returned now)
Here are some answers for your questions:

Weight - Nonexistent.
Resolution - It's about 2mpx.
Battery - Didn't use long enough to find out.
Lens - NOT detachable
ISO/Aperture - Non configurable
Focus - Manual. Surprisingly.

As babies first camera, it's ok I suppose. Manual focus is neat? If the lens was actually detachable it could be fun for teaching children.

For the money? I mean, you can pick up bridge cameras for about $50 and some older (real) DSLR's for about $100 so there's no real value in this.

Maybe a fun joke? Idk I think those lens mugs would be a better gift/joke.

So... yeah. Don't pick this up out of morbid curiosity. It really has no redeeming qualities.
