Oh how nice it was to have a muffin after this long time. Being diabetic T2 I have to watch the sugars intake and to find these was fantastic. There is no chemical aftertaste that you sometimes get and there is a goodly amount of chocolate for flavour. The first one was highly enjoyed and I am looking forward to having some more. I was thinking about a warmed muffin with sugar free custard for dinner tonight?, mmmm
