Seemed adequate at first but fell apart
After only a few week of use in the field, the user brought this back to me. It was missing two of the three cam latches and upon inspecting the only one that was still installed, you can see that the clip has almost come off. These tripods see very light use. There is no reason they should come apart like this. I looked at a Bosch tripod that has the same latches and they are built the same. We previously used a SurveySite brand that had a thumb screw type lock. Will switch back to that style in the future. Sadly, return window is gone for these - I had bought 15 of them. Hoping the other 14 won't fall apart like this.
