Good machine, easy to use, we like it and no issues so far after 2 months of usage. But:Not hot coffee, a bit over warm. I returned Philips because of this issue but this one is the same.The hot water is boiling.Coffee amount dispensed is not a lot so I have to run it twice to get 3/4 of a regular cup size.Most of the time I find a bit of ground coffee accumulated at the back of the drawer. See the picture attached. It might be that one unit that’s defected which I had no energy to return/exchange.It doesn’t dispense the entire milk for the cappuccino or latte. There’s a bit of leftover milk in the milk dispenser that doesn’t make it to the cup. So we have to always open it and dump the rest of the milk to the cappuccino cup.Good foamy coffee layer!If the above don’t bother you, buy it. I love/need my morning coffee and this guy makes it happen. I sold my Keurig (which has served me well for years) after buying my new machine and I now have my very own cafe! The machine looks good on my kitchen counter, it’s easy to use, does most of the work for me, practically cleans itself and, most importantly, renders excellent coffee! No more trips to Tim Hortons’ or McDonald’s for my specialty coffees. Bought it at $100 off too!!

If the above don’t bother you, buy it. What’s bothering me the most is that the coffee is not that hot.

I recently purchased a coffee machine with high hopes of enjoying delicious cups of coffee at home. However, my experience with the machine has been far from satisfactory.

Upon setting up the coffee machine and eagerly anticipating my first brew, I encountered a significant problem—it failed to provide any water. Despite following the instructions meticulously and troubleshooting as best as I could, the machine simply refused to function properly.

This malfunction has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. As a result, I am unable to enjoy the convenience and pleasure of having freshly brewed coffee at home as intended.

Unfortunately, I find myself in a difficult situation as returning the machine is not an option due to store policy. This leaves me feeling stuck with a defective product that does not meet my needs or expectations.

I am disappointed that the coffee machine has not lived up to its advertised functionality and reliability. It is truly unfortunate that I am unable to seek a resolution through the typical channels of returning or exchanging the product.

In conclusion, my experience with the coffee machine has been disappointing, to say the least. I hope that this feedback will prompt improvements in the product's quality and reliability for future customers.

We got this machine about a year ago. And it is still making amazing coffee multiple times a day and has more than paid for itself ! It was easy to set up and is extremely easy to use. We originally got it as I wanted a machine that the grinder and everything was contained in one unit to cut down on coffee ground mess and also to have more space on our counter with less appliances. It has done this perfectly making our coffee area cleaner and more manageable on top of making amazing coffee ! No more grounds all over or coffee pods to wash and clean out, everything is done by the machine and all that you need to do is empty the ground receptacle when it tells you. Even the descaling and cleaning is SO easy compared to other machines we’ve owned. I recommend this to anyone and am even asked by coworkers to bring them coffee sometimes in the morning lol well worth the price tag for the quality coffee it makes as well as the mess it drastically cuts down on your countertops.

 The coffee drinks are great, and I like that it's a one-button operation including grinding beans and disposing of grounds. The milk steamer attachment works perfectly for cappuccino and latte. There's a one-button operation for cleaning the milk nozzle after using, and the coffee nozzles are cleaned automatically on shutdown and startup. All you need to do is fill the beans and water containers, and occasionally empty the grounds.

The only negative is that the settings are a bit fiddly. To change any settings, you need to get out the manual and press a sequence of the buttons to make a change, since this does not have a full panel display like some models. Once they're set, however, you probably won't need to make changes.

The first one that I received had a manufacturing/assembly defect: the side panels were not snapped into the top, and they couldn't be snapped into place by me (would need to be dissassembled and reassembled). I sent it back before using and ordered the same one as a replacement. Be sure to check the device over carefully for any similar defects - you may want to open it and give it a once-over in advance if you have bought this as a Christmas gift.

We got our De'Longhi Magnifica Evo with LatteCrema System in December 2023 and it has worked really great up until recently. Beverages are hot and frothing is always perfect. We make sure it is cleaned daily and follow the maintenance instructions; it’s actually not much work at all, it has an easy clean up process. Because of this it is a complete surprise to have it suddenly machine experience trouble recognizing the milk carafe. It has no problem using the clean button when it is connected, but the milk drinks lights no longer turn on when the milk carafe is connected. When I do press the latte button, the clean button light appears and there is an exclamation at top, but even after it finishes the clean process, it doesn’t recognize that the same milk carafe it just finished cleaning is attached. We reached out to support & they helped us resolve this issue (the sensor stopped seeing the milk so we placed a white piece of paper over the bottom sensor as suggested by support & now it works).
