It's a glass bottle and all I have to do is hold it still and upside down over the back of my hand and drops come out not too fast not too slow. Better than getting it from milk which has alot of calcium and lactose, or margarine which has alot of omega 6 fats, or almond milk which has alot of calcium and alot of zinc. I've had no problems with this D3 vitamin product. There is no bad taste at all, it is very easy to use and it never gave me digestive issues. I'm taking it to boost my immunity. Also, with the covid-19 pandemic putting me at high risk, I thought it was a smart move. For 2 weeks, I took 10 drops every day (10,000 IU). Then, I switched to 5 drops. I didn't catch the virus, but I will be ready if I ever do. I will probably buy it again, unless it's unavailable.

I hear that people take these up to 10,000 drops a day. I do not. I take one drop on my tongue a day and then I take a k2 supplement. That is what you need for the Calcium to be deposited into your bones and not into your veins to calcify. And the drop comes out slow. Not like a fast leaky tap so you don’t have to worry about getting too much at once.
Im assuming its working. We live in BC in the Fraser valley and it rains a lot. It rained so much in fact that the lower Fraser Valley flooded and ending up in the news. And because of where my house is situated I watched it all . But I was not too depressed because after all I’m taking my vitamin D.

Good oil, but this dropper is awful. You have to hold it upside down for way too long, drops seem to be about to come out and then "disappear" and go back into the bottle, and finally two or three drops often come out too rapidly.

I get the smaller form factor if you're extremely tight on space or traveling, but we've been very happy to get through this bottle so that we could buy one with a regular dropper. Good riddance to this one.
