This book is exactly what I've been looking for. I appreciate that there is a separate quote and small write up for each day. It's a nice way to start the day to set my intentions for any given day. Each passage is short and only takes a few minutes to read, but the takeaways can be deep and meaningful. The vast majority of the quotes come from Marcus Aurelius, Seneca and Epictetus, three great Stoics.
