Poor Print Quality
The characters are not printed clearly on the top portion of the letters. I’m disappointed that Amazon doesn’t have customer service link on the “my orders” page, so that I could explain my problem. All I see is a link to the manufacturer website, that is wanting a detailed description of my product and problem.

Attached a photo of what the actual 3 line, 3/4 inch label looks like. Weird line across the middle with a slight misalignment on the 3rd line.
FYI, this label maker just comes with 1x 3/4inch black on white vinyl cartridge and nothing else. No hard case, no rechargeable battery pack, no 3 piece cartridge variety pack. Works like it should, although the arrow buttons aren’t as responsive as the rest of the buttons. But that’s just me nitpicking. Great stuff.
