Installation was super easy. The instructions were clear and set up was quick. The image quality is superior and the app is super user-friendly. Unfortunately we did have a small hiccup where the infrared which is used for nighttime vision stopped working on one of the cameras. But no problem, using the service support through the app their team got things back on track. The communication was friendly, very quick and best of all my issue was resolved in a very quick and timely manner.

Great product and even better product support at a great price. I highly recommend!!!

So far I am really loving these cameras, they have pretty good human recognition and stores events on local sd card installed in unit or optional cloud storage for monthly/yearly fee. Picture is great, camera does 360 degrees but only usable is mounted in a position that sees 360 degrees. Will be purchasing more of these cameras, rated for -20 and had some -20 nights so far in Canada and work great. Let’s see in January and February when the -40 comes. Each camera has its own individual settings and can be set up for high traffic areas for no notifications and low traffic areas for instant notifications, motion tracking is actually pretty good, but you can sneak by them going fast enough, so they work better in teams one on each corner then they are very hard to sneak by without getting a notification, also on the very edges it won’t do much for notifying but if they go into the area of interest where the camera is faced it will track and notify very well. lights and alarms can be set for different times on different cameras. Great overall experience so far. Can look at my yard/house while I’m away and can notify police before something happens. And the customer service is great! Always fast responses and always helpful.

Installation was super easy. The instructions were clear and set up was quick. The image quality is great, and the app is super user-friendly. I ordered a two pack of these camera's. Great value. Unfortunately we did have a small hiccup where one of the camera developed some issues with movement in one direction. But was no problem, by using the service support through the app their team sent me a free replacement and extended my warranty. The communication was friendly with timely responses, the replacement was sent out very quick and best of all my issue was resolved in a very quick and timely manner.

Great product and even better product support at a great price. I highly recommend!!! I've also purchased a two pack of their camera's that pan 180 degrees and have had no issues with them. I run 128gb micro SD cards in all of them.

The quality of this product - especially the resolution of the camera and the control of the movement of the camera, are great features. The option of either using the cloud or availability of data storage by adding a San Disk memory card provides data from previous days activities.

The after sales service in operational assistance and replacement parts (if necessary) are excellent. We had a concern with the power adaptor, and DEKCO’s representative was excellent in helping us get a replacement part quickly! Thank you Sophia!
