I feel like the iron has alot of potential. But for me the 2 heat settings are way to high for my hair. It definitely adds nice waves, but unfortunately because of the settings it falls flat in under an hour. 450 and 365 there needs to be lower settings. So I'm going it a 3 for that reason. For other hair it may work, I have lots of hair but it's fine. So I need an option of under 350. The product itself is wrll made and heats up quickly. And it's pink so it's cute

Loved this hair crimper for the first few weeks, did exactly what I wanted it to.. until yesterday when I used it, and turned it off. Usually I turn it off, wait until it cools down, and then I unplug it and put it away. Well I went back to unplug it and was still hot!! I checked the switch and yep, it was in the off position but the light was still on. No matter what setting it stays hot. Off button no longer works. I understand I can just unplug it every time but it’s still a huge safety issue for it to malfunction. I threw out the packaging and it’s been longer than 30 days so I can’t return, just wanted to make people aware!!
