Hope your not grossed out by my teeth. 😬Ok so I did the Crest White strips challenge for the past 22 days and here are my results and from the pictures that I'm sharing.Day 1 - Noticeable yellow staining on my teeth after using the Crest White Strips.Day 7 - Slightly less yellow staining but a small improvement. Still brushing regularly twice a day.Day 14 - Yellow staining on front and side of my teeth are slowly disappearingDay 22 - A lot less staining and more natual white showing. Not as bright, but better for sure than Day 1.It is recommended by Crest to do these twice a year. I might do this in the next 6 months and see what happens. I know you can get this professionally done but that's a lot of money. Regarding myself and my results, I'm not a coffee or pop drinker. I don't smoke or drink alcohol. Diet and hygiene wise I'm good. I brush sometimes 3 times a day. I was also using a Crest Whitener toothpaste but I don't think that was a contributor to my final results. Overall I am impressed and happy with the way my teeth look. Definitely the yellow staining was a pain to try to remove. I would of given this a 5 but there is small patches or yellow staining on my teeth. It didn't turn white as some had experience, but again please with what it accomplished.
