I'll start with a disclaimer. I bought a bad one and returned it so I don't know how common it is to get a bad one delivered. I used one that a friend had though and it was great.
The power to weight ratio and the ease of use are all great.
Battery doesn't last a long time, but it's really clearly meant for small spaces rather than a whole house. The ease of changing attachments is great, and the head with the brushes does a pretty good job of getting dog hair up.
There's a significant gap between the edge of the head and the brush roll, so getting into corners needs the use of one of the other attachments.
It's great for transitioning between different flooring surfaces.
The brushes straighten the fringe on a rug nicely.

When we first purchased this vacuum, I was not very impressed with how cheaply made it looked and the suction power was not as good as our previous vacuum. We decided to give it a few weeks and we have been nothing but disappointed. First the vacuum does not have the ability to stand up on its own so if you do not put it on the charger, it just falls over. That was very inconvenient while actually vacuuming, if I had to stop and move something I basically had to lay the vacuum down and then pick it back up. Secondly, the battery does not last very long on regular mode (maybe 20 minutes max) but on turbo mode the vacuum will die in less than 10 minutes. It made me feel like I had to speed clean before the battery ran out. If you use the vacuum on the regular mode, the suction is not as good. Thirdly, the canister that holds the dirt is very small and gets clogged very easily. The main reason we bought this vacuum was because it was advertised for homes with pets. But when actually using the vacuum, the vent would get clogged and not suction after 2 minutes even if I wasn’t picking up a lot of dog hair. When vacuuming a medium sized living room with pets, I was emptying the canister at least 5-6 times. The buttons to remove the canister are in a very awkward position and it is difficult to remove. And then too make it worse, the canister does not stay latched onto the vacuum even though I double check it every time to make sure it clicks and is latched. In a 10 minute time span the canister on this vacuum fell off 3 times and the dirt/hair I picked up flew all across the floor. At that point we put the vacuum away and will no longer be using it.
Overall, I would not recommend this vacuum and we are severely disappointed with our purchase and our wasted money on this product.

It's exactly what I was hoping for. Lightweight and no cord to get in the way. Picks up exactly as you would imagine a vacuum should. The only drawback that I've come across up to now (keeping in mind I've only used it once) is the length of time to charge the battery. Three long long looooong hours. Otherwise - if that doesn't bother you - buy, buy, buy. I have one issue that having used it for several months now is driving me crazy - the attachment that holds the swept up debris constantly falls off - leaving a total mess on the floor plus I'm worried since it's plastic, it's going to break one of these times. I don't even need to touch it and it will fall off. Other times I'll just barely touch it with a finger when I'm turning the vacuum on and it will knock it loose and it falls. Does anyone else have this problem with it?

We have a house that has a combo of wood floors, tile and rugs not to mention a dog and young kids. We tend to have a lot of dirt and pet hair just from everyday life. We had been using a corded Shark stick vacuum but found we weren't using it enough because it is a bit cumbersome. We were looking for a vac that was powerful, quiet and easy to use and we definitely found it. The Britech cordless stick vacuum has the right combo of features and price to make it a great choice. Here are some of the things I like a lot about it:
- Quiet, I think it is even quieter than our DustBuster which has been our go to for awhile.
- Features, I like the big bright touch screen that allows you to change power on the fly. The extendable main tube is great for reaching high places and my 6 year old is convinced it is sized for her so she can use it too.
- Battery, I was able to do my whole house (1900sqf) on one charge on the medium setting (high power drains faster) I like the fact that the battery is removable so you don't have to attach the rack to the wall to charge it. I just popped the battery off and plugged into the included charger (see pic)
- Dust cup, it could be bigger but it is easy enough to pop off and empty so it wasn't really a bother. I do like that all the cup parts are washable as well as the filter

If I had to change anything i would love to see an option for an additional battery so I can charge one and use one at the same time.

I am pleased with the quality and performance of the Britech cordless stick vacuum and would recommend it for people looking for an easy to use vac.

PRE-P.S. -- EDIT: I finally did hear from these folks again. They said that a battery pack and charging cord were not available separately so they had sent me a whole new vacuum cleaner rather than send me nothing at all. They deserve credit for this, at least. I will up my review to two stars based on this communication.

I purchased this vacuum based on an online comparison article which listed it as first and best. Now I think the article must have been a plant.

It is on me that I didn't check the numbers that equate to a high suction rate, and I discovered too late that this vacuum doesn't have the suction even of my hand vac. However, what has really has ticked me off is the customer service -- or lack thereof.

This vac works off a battery pack that is supposed to be USB rechargeable. When the time came, my battery would not charge. I wrote to the company and asked for a replacement battery pack and new charging cord (the vac was working fine). They wrote back with a list of fixes for me to try -- all pertaining to the vacuum itself, though nothing was wrong with the vacuum operation; they completely ignored my specific complaint and request. When I replied to this effect, they said, great, we'll send you out a replacement product. I fully expected to get a battery pack and a new charging cord. Instead, I got a whole new vacuum cleaner.

One might think that is an even better outcome, but now I have two vacuums -- one which is, probably, just fine but for the charging issue and one in an unopened box. What am I supposed to do with these? Just toss the first one in the trash? Do I really want to open the second one and end up with another vacuum with low suction and the possibility of again not being able to charge the battery -- which would mean TWO workable vacuums sitting in the house that I felt guilty about tossing in the trash -- not to mention I will still be out the money I spent on the first one.

I wrote again and reiterated that I only wanted a new battery pack and cord. They sent IDENTICAL replies as the first time -- canned, stock letters, apparently. The first one again suggested I try several fixes; the second reply (after I again replied to remind them I only wanted a battery pack and cord) again said -- word for word -- they would be sending a replacement product. From the way the correspondence was going, I fully expected to receive another new-in-the-box vacuum. That did not happen, however, nor did I hear from them again for a while.

I cannot recommend this vacuum at all, and the best I can do at this late date is try to sell the one in the box to recoup some of my money spent on the first vacuum and hope that the second vacuum's battery will charge for whoever buys it from me. I will offer to sell it at a good price and tell the buyer the story so they aren't blindsided. I would prefer to return both vacuums to Amazon and get a full refund, but I think the return date has passed.
