Perfect for traveling or if you don't have a lot of space
4 Stars
Perfect for traveling or if you don't have a lot of space
I have been steadily using water flossers for around 2 years now so I have some experience with them and I would rank this one as a decent average choice.I liked that it is waterproof and therefore all the parts can be safely exposed to water without risk of rusting or damage (except the charging port which you need to keep shut to prevent water from entering).I also like that they included 4 various tips, allowing users to find the best one for their needs. For example, there is a regular water jet tip, one best to deep clean, another one more effective for braces etc. This is great for a new user who isn't too sure yet which one he most needs and can try them and then eventually reorder the type of tip he needs most.Size-wise this container is rather small and you'll need to refill it at least twice to floss properly. So, this is awesome if you are someone who travels a lot (portability) or just want something small because space is an issue. I personally prefer a water flosser with a bigger container when using at home but this one is coming with me on trips! If you are new to using water flossers, be patient and know that it is likely to be messy the first time! I think it is a universal experience that every single person's first time using a water flosser ended with them getting water all over their face and all over the ceiling! I would advise draping a towel over your chest so that it absorbs the dripping water and makes it a bit less inconvenient. And, of course, use the LOW water mode at the beginning to get a gentle flow. You could practice clicking the buttons (with the water container empty so nothing comes out) because it makes it easier to familiarise yourself with the position of the buttons and you can then easily find the switch on/off button when using (the buttons are rather small so seeing it just by looking in the mirror can be hard). I would say that the secret to water flossing efficiently is ANGLES! With time you'll know exactly how to tilt your head so the water hits the right angle and you can smoothly let the water do its job of cleaning. It is awesome to keep plaque from accumulating so I definitely think it is a useful product but it takes some time to get used to.In terms of cleaning, I just wash the water jet tip and then pat the water flosser dry and lay it flat on a towel afterwards to allow it to air dry completely before the next use. You can do a more thorough cleaning of the container too, at least once a week ideally. The reason I categorise the product as "average" is because there are definitely more advanced models on the market, in terms of container size, in terms of water flow pressure options, in terms of finish etc. However these models are usually more expensive. At $29.99 I think it is a fair price. I would particularly recommend this to someone who needs a water flosser for traveling or someone who is new to water flossers and is not sure they'll be able to commit to using it regularly and therefore want to try it and see if they like the results or not, without spending too much money.

The water flosser has an ergonomics body shape that very convenience to hold in hand. The top part is the motor and control. The bottom is the water reservoir that can be twist to take off and put on. When twist it on, you need to align the small bump at the top part into the slot at the opening of the reservoir.
The top of the water flosser has mirror finish golden sphere that can be used as a convenience mirror.
There is only one button to control the water flosser. A single press will turn it on and off. Press then hold it will change the mode of water spray in a loop: standard/Strengthen/Pause (Dot spray). It remembers the last mode that next time turn on it will at the same mode.
It comes with 4 types of flosser heads that can be changed for your preference. There is only one for each type. Although they are very solid, don’t break there because there is no replacement unless purchase separately. When travel, these flosser heads can be kept in the water reservoir to protect them.
I tried all the modes of the water flosser. Works very good.
The charging cable is a special cable that have a very tiny head to plug into the charging port located at the back of the water flosser. Be careful don’t lose the charging cable.
I found out that the sticker to cover the button is easily to be off because the button tab on its back keep pushing the sticker out. Although I can press it back in place but it only stays there for a while then begin to fall off again. I attach a picture of the issue in my review. I may end up with put a clear tape to secure it in place. So, not a big deal.
Overall, I am happy with this water flosser. Recommend.

This portable water flosser is terrible, it had such a horrid factory taste in the water that I had to spit out the water after a few minutes and stop using it, 5 minutes after stopping my mouth started to go numb and only got better after a lot of rinsing out my mouth.

In the time that I did use it, I also found that it was very heavy and hard to operate it towards the gaps of my teeth.

I don’t know if mine was just a really bad batch, but I would avoid this one.

Verified Purchase
Upon first impression, product (pearl white with copper accents) and box was nicely designed. Unfortunately the water flosser appeared to be in used condition. The accesories bag was open, minor scratches on the main component and noticale scratches inside of the water tank as well as a crusty white residue on the water flosser and inside one of the accesories. It was sold as "new", but being a dental hygiene product, I was not satisfied with the condition it arrived in. I would have accepted an option to be given new accesories and replacement for water line, but the only option was to return the item for a refund. I cannot comment on the functionality of the product.

This electric water flosser is a handy gadget for people like me who strongly dislike regular flossing. It is quick to charge and set up, easy to use, has 3 different modes for personal preference, the battery lasts a pretty long time, and it includes multiple attachments.
I will note that I strongly recommend ensuring that the little pick attachment at the top and the screw-on lid is securely and properly attached before turning it on - my first use ended with me and my bathroom drenched in water because it wasn't sealed properly, haha. Other than that, it is easy to use and not as giant as some of the ones I have seen - so it is more portable than others, but it still is unavoidably more cumbersome than most hygienic tools.
The water reservoir doesn't last very long, so it has to be refilled frequently, sometimes halfway through a session. But I prefer this to having a device twice the size.
Also, it can take some adjustment to get a hang of holding it comfortably, especially for those with smaller hands like me; some may be unable to get used to using it.
