Le choix des touches pour faire certaines opérations est un peu bizarre, mais il y a un aide-mémoire au bas de l’écran et on finit par s’habituer. La réception des chaînes est bonne et l’enregistrement fonctionne bien sur un disque dur et certaines clés USB. Utilisez une clé comme Sandisk Ultra ou Extreme qui ont une vitesse d’écriture plus rapide. Il y a 2 fonctionnalités sur mon autre DVR qui manquent sur celui-là.
1. Sur l’autre DVR, il est plus facile de sauter les commerciaux, car il y a une touche avance-1-minute et une touche recule-15-secondes. Ces 2 touches rendent le saut très simple. Sur le Mediasonic, il faut appuyer plusieurs fois sur avance rapide, surveiller, puis stop, puis marche arrière etc. Il est plutôt difficile de bien voir où on en est. 2. Sur l’autre DVR, l ‘avance rapide monte à 300X contre 32X sur le Mediasonic, ce qui est ennuyeux lorsqu’on a une heure ou deux à sauter.

I bought this item in conjunction with a 500 GB HD to recorder over the air programs. Set up is easy, however I didn't use the rf pass through that sends channel 3 or 4 to the TV. I tried this, but the resolution was very low. Sending the rf to the box and using the HDMI output resolved this issue. Recordings done with this signal flow are hi resolution. The menu looks and feels very old. When adding the HDD the format feature worked okay. Navigation to set up recordings, view live channels, retrieve and playback recordings is clunky. When using the exit key the box stops HDMI output causing TV to change source and requiring a return to the correct source each time. However, as a means to pause live TV, and record shows, this device delivers. Just don't expect ease of use when those functions are required. Also, my TV decodes multiple channels of guide information, This box only shows guide information for one channel at a time (the channel you are tuned to). It will show about 18 hours of guide information per channel. That limitation is the biggest gripe considering you can't see what's on a different channel while you're watching the current channel. However, my main use is to record so I don't miss a show. For that purpose this works great!

I only have tried this brand. But this one is the best model it actually changes tv channels the other model doesn't. I broke my cable connection on the back of the tv with this box you connect cable to it and use the hdmi cord to tv i tried both long and short hdni cords and the shorter the better. And the picture quality using hdmi is better then when the cable ran straight to tv. I called tv repair shop and ir was going to be 2 grand to fix tv and they denied something like this exists highly recommended.

Although labeled as a "2024 Version" tuner box, it does not support the current ATSC 3.0 digital TV OTA standard, which was available to 75% of US households as of April 2024. My market has several ATSC 3.0 broadcasting stations.
This box only supports ATSC 1.0 features.
Claiming it to be a "2024 Version" is misleading.
It may be a new box, but the tuner technology is not.

I also tried the DVR function. It is not intuitive and requires an understanding of system file structures to find what was recorded. It's not user-friendly. Additionally, when the DVR is engaged, the live output is displayed with the audio out of sync, and for the recorded material, the audio is also out of sync.
